Admission and Student Retention
Both student admission and scholarship offers are conditional and revocable based on student aptitude and performance. Failure of two courses within one year can lead to a suspension of up to twelve months, subject to a readmission examination. Academic dishonesty is not tolerated, and the third offense can lead to a suspension of up to twelve months, subject to a readmission examination.
Tuition reimbursement for Test Prep Coursework
All tuition reimbursement must be requested within 30 days of the receipt of an official score on a test, and within 90 days of course completion. All documentation must be submitted to the registrar on or before that date, and ensure you keep all receipts issued for documents. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing of reimbursement requests.
Academic Records
A diploma can be reissued only one time, subject to fees, but transcripts showing degree or certificate completion can be reissued at any time, and mailed anywhere, subject to fees. Official letters of recommendation written by faculty will be automatically retained digitally by our registrar’s office, and can be requested sent for free up to five times for each letter within three months of their submission. Retention and submission after this three month period is permitted but may be subject to processing fees. The Guan-Yu Insititute of Advanced Studies is a research institute housed under the FCP Media Foundation. As such, it remains independent of the purview of the Taiwanese Ministry of Education, and all services offered should not be considered international credentials without attribution to any specific polity.
